Who We Are

Smith Timber Works story began in 2004. Born from a passion for great carpentry, and a quest for some extra spending money (for fishing), Brock set out with not much more than a tool pouch, a Toyota pickup and a flip phone. Along the way we have been fortunate to connect with other like-minded individuals, who have helped shape us and joined our team. Today, Smith Timber Works has a permanent work location and is run by a team of trained and experienced designers and builders. We feel proud to be able to say that we design, build, and ship projects across North America.

Our Vision is to continue growing as an industry leader through dedication to our craft and best business practices. We aim to be a company of the highest possible caliber, that values excellence at every level and creates equity for all participants.

Our Mission is to provide specialized services in digital construction, timber framing, and prefabrication. Our team builds connections between people, technology, and craft through our professionalism, dedication, and aligned values.
