Smith Timber Works was honoured to be asked to transfer the owner’s visions for this waterfront property and turn the idea to complete form. Our in-house design team integrated these ideas onto the natural site, all while accounting for solar gain, views, and steep access to the water. The outcome of all the work is a long lasting and low maintenance timbered home, perched on a natural site, and using very little energy to keep the occupants comfortable.

Our build process started with Brock Smith meeting my wife and I on our dream lake front property. Brock took the time to listen to our vision, and prepared a plan that we both loved and were extremely happy with the details.
