We enjoy being tasked with a ‘better over bigger’ mantra. We were honored to be invited for Design / Build construction service on this great family project. Most of the beautiful Douglas Fir Timbers were cleared from the property where the house sits. We engineered, cut and installed the frame, and then wrapped it with a super insulated, prefabricated shell. It is perched on a steep but beautiful site overlooking the lake. We are patiently watching the mail for our invitation to the housewarming party.
